Hello guys
Recently i have faced a serious problem with my 1T WD passport. when i am inserting the cable to my laptop, i hear some strange noises from it but the devise is working. After around 5 minutes WD Unlocker virtual drive appears. I have also set a password for my passport. When I double click on the virtual drive to enter my passport, the process gets hanged and after a while this error appears. “Error performing inpage operation”.
I want to keep the files on it but if there is no solution , how I can format the passport?
Please someone help me on this issue, how I can solve this problem.
