hello i am using 2TB wd external hard drive which i have recently purchased. i stored about 1.4TB data in it and suddenly problem arises that all of my video files are converted to 463 kB seperately and only it can be run by windows media player not any other player not even vlc , how can i fix it plz help me

Try too see if the same happens on a different computer, also i would like to know if the space is still occupied on the device.
