I have an original blue ray movie on external HD. When i try to play the movie on the WD Player everything is OK except that there is no subtitles. When i go to options and i choose the subtitles icon i recieve message No Subtitles! But the movie should have them by default. PLEASE HELP! THANKS
I hear ya on that… I have the same issue. No subtitles when playing a MTS file. The file will play perfectly, although I have to change the audio to stereo and not digital in order to hear the sound.
I have seen rumblings that the “new firmware” release is going to fix all that… but when will we see this release?
