Problem with my WD my passport 1tb

Hello guys

i have this drive for one year now it was working fine till yesterday i was trying to play a movie from it and i found that it stopping randmoly … i tried to copy the movie but it stay forever and no prgress then i tried with some other files some of them i was able to copy just fine and the other was the same stay forever then i have to cancel the copy

i was aware that it might be a bad sector so i ran chkdsk drive letter: /f command and it stopped responding at the some point so i had to stop it by ending task for the cmd window and now my drive is almost dead

when i plug to the pc i get just local disk label no space nothing and i can’t even and it take forrver for proprties to appear and when i try to do check i got that windows can’t access the drive

tried with partition magic , acronis , wd lifeguard and they can’t see the drive

disk regenrator can see it but it stops after while when i try to scen the disk for bad sector 

the problem is it got 800gb from my valuable data and when i open the housing of the drive i found that usb to that stupid port so i can’t use SATA even

anyone know anyway i can restore my data or save anything ?

And if i try the disk manager on windows it takes forever to load when the drive plugged to usb and it list the drive like that

and if i even try to right click on it or anything everythings freezes

According to the information on the picture, that drive is missing the letter. So if it doesn’t have a letter assigned, it wont show up on My Computer.

Now if the computer freezes when you right click on the unit, you will need to use a Data Recovery software to get the information out of the drive and you can write zeros and initialize the drive again.
