I have used relative path names, that’s not it.
I can succesfully play m3u playlists created with iTunes after I adjust for the relative path. There is one particular playlist which is giving me the dreaded “There is no media in the current folder”. It’s a long playlist, 3373 songs. When selected, WDTV takes a fair while to read through it (nervous blinking of an attached WD USB drive) but then returns the error message. I suspect there is one or more songs which WDTV finds irritating and aborts the whole process. Can’t imagine what could be at fault, iTunes can play them just fine.
What can I do?
