Problem with Live Hub

What’s up people?

I hope I can get help here ^^

 I have de follow trouble:
My Live Hub doesn’t find the internal hard drive. It was working normally, and in the next day, it didn’t find the HD.
I have tryed turned off, so on and reset it but didn’t resolved.
Please, tell me what i can do to resolve my problem.

 Thanks

This is a major problem and not common

what was the last thing that happened before the drive stopped working?

I had one of my Hubs develop this problem after accidentally falling on the floor while loading the movies on it. If you hear funny scraping noises from the hard disk spinning,it might be it was hit or dropped prior. Western Digital covered it under warranty.

I understood but nothing happened with my live hub… Just stoped.

Iv sent one email to support...but i dont belive They`ll help me.

So, if someone already had this trouble, please, tell me what to do.

 Thanks !

If the Hub is still under warranty you can contact WD and ask for permission to open the Hub, remove the disk to try to recover the disk contents. If the Hub warranty has expired or you don’t mind losing it, you can try removing the disk and connect the disk to a computer with a SATA to USB adapter. If you can access the disk you can try to copy off your files. It would also be a good idea to run a disk scan and maybe the WD disk diagnostics software. If you can’t access the disk from a computer the disk is probably toast.

Morning !

Let me quest you one thing.

I can install some theme if it is in one external drive?
