Problem with internet assess

I can log into my book live from internet using My cloud app and retrieve my content remotely, but my Windows explorer cannot locate my network share, so I cannot save and upload my file to my home drive. What can I do and what have I done wrong? 

i have google this and checked the support pages for about a week already.I am using Windows 8.1 with 3TB my book live and linksys E1200 router.

Using the My Cloud app does not create a network share.

Just save your files using the app.

Not sure what you need.

All you need to do is drag the file over to the right-hand window of the app, and it copies over.
