Hello, My External Hd, is in error and LiveHub is not recognizing the disc opens windows in normal, but the windows can not fix the disk error for the livehub recognize it, any suggestions?
If the external hdd is 2tb or larger, you need to update the firmware for the live hub to recognize it.
