Problem with disk startup LED on startup lights up white

My device is only lit white when I try to access it says error The disk may be corrupted. Make sure the disk uses a format recognized by Windows. If the disc is not formatted, you need to format it before using it

Please open a support case with us and provide the system logs.
The LED should be illuminated white 24/7 unless powered off.
