After upgrading to the new version 1.01.24 I could not view any pictures! Can any one help me how to downgrade the firmware to 1.01.17 0r 1.01.11?
I assume you have pressed the reset button on the side and recycled the unit to see if that cures the problem.
How are you viewing the pictures, is via a directly connected disc or the network.
I tried to view pictures via network and the direct disk but no success. Also I pressed the rest button but the problem exists yet.
