Problem since new firmware update

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud

Since the latest update every time I start my PC I get the following messages

  1. Factory restore complete
  2. Downloading new firmware
  3. Firmware installing
  4. Firmware Installation successful

Does anyone know why this is happening and any help would be grateful

Hi,

Have you tried resetting the unit using the physical reset button on the back of the unit? If not, please try that.

Yes I’ve actually tried it a couple of times and still the same.
