I am trying to share a folder to people outside my business but it keeps saying "this name cannot be more than 32 characters, cannot contain special characters, error 300302. The person I want to give the link to is not a user on the cloud drive. Neither the name I am giving to the share, the email address or file name are more than 32 characters. Unless it means the full path of the file, but that would be crazy as it would mean everything needs to sit in the root. Any ideas?
Hi, are you able to share a file within that share folder? How many levels down is the files?
They are about 4 or 5 levels down. I can’t share a file or a folder. I can do it from my PC using Chrome but not on my Mac using Safari.
