My - my book live duo have inforatiom in disk now i need copy this information to other site but is impossible …10GB …5 weeeks ??? its very slow , wahat can i do ~?

What have you tried so far? Did you replace the Ethernet cable? Is your computer hard-wired to your router alongside your WD My Book Live Duo as opposed to a wireless connection? Did you try copying your data in small groups of 500MB to 1GB?

I have tested with many cablesethernet , i try copy big and small fikles …always same problema . When i log in console http page for toview or change configuration , in this situasion i tis many slow ….i think is firmare or OS problem !

We had the same problem, and with help from the support option within the dashboard. It was found out that 1 drive was defect. We bought another drive since it was out of warranty and placed it back and problem gone.
The dashboard did not give any sign of issues with the both drives btw. So you can’t rely on that apperantly. I would suggest to go to the dashboard (here it took long), and go to support, and create an system report (not sure how it is called in english), and submit.
They analyse this data and give you pretty quick an answer what to do.
Again here it was an defective drive.
Thank you for your tip. I tried booting with one drive and it didn´t boot, so I tried with th eother one and it worked, my problem was a defective drive after all.
