Problem installing WD Discovery in Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6

Hello everyone. I just acquired the My Cloud Personal and simply I can’t install the WD Discovery Software in Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6
When I start the installer, it keeps loading a progress bar until it disappear.
Looking for the logs, I found this:

Anyone suffering same thing/problem?

@fbaeta sounds like something is blocking or killing the download process.
Please try this Full Installer

Same problem here.
Sierra 10.13.6 tried different installations from WD website.
Restarting, resetting, switching off firewall and antivirus did not help.
some installations just stopped at about 50% download (and disappear)
full installation is just “hanging” there for hours (waited max 7 hours twice.

I have the same problem WD Discovery hangs at 66% of the installation - My macOS is 10.13.6
any ideas?

I have the same problem with Mojave 10.14.2 The installation hangs at 66%. I sent in a request for tech support but never received a reply. Has this problem been resolved? I can’t use this drive with Time Machine without the software.

I’m having the same issue now with macOS Catalina 10.15.6, it stops at 66%. Has anyone resolved this?
