Hello… I just purchace this drive yesterday… I am running a windows vista service pack 2 on an dell inspirion MI330 Intel core 2 duo cpu 1.6 gz 4gb ram 32 bit. I connect the drive windows install drivers… it said ready to use… but it dose not show up in my computer… i have manual install drivers… but no luck… any help?

Did you look for clues under Disk Management as opposed to Device Manager? It is possible for the hard drive to need a drive letter.
