Problem .. in my new wd elements?

Yesterday I bought a hard disk WD ELEMENTS 2 TB
It worked fine the first time and open automatically
And then wrongly i formatted it
Then it does not work automatically
then i restore the missing files
But the case remains the same and the hard disk is not automatically operated
It must be entered into
Computer - manage - storage - disk managment - change driver letter and path
to show the hard disc partition on my computer

how can i solve this problem
and make it auto runing like first time

Hello,

Try uninstalling the driver, go to “Device Manager”, select “Uninstall”, then unplug the drive and plug it back in. The driver should re-install automatically.

Also, make sure there isn’t another drive with the same name you gave the WD Elements after formatting it.
