I’ve just received my 1TB passport and during the installation process, before clicking “Finish”, a Windows error message popped up telling me the Windows could not find C:|program Files\Western Digital\ WD Utilies|WD Drive Utilies.exe.
Although the desktop icons appeared on the desktop when you click them you get another message stating the item that the icon refers to has changed or moved. Do I need to download an update or file to fix this problem? Thanks.
The installation package could have gotten corrupted.
Try restarting and see if it works well. If it does not work, uninstall and reinstall the application.
