hi, i got WD passport, My Book, and elements, on my MAC, after i’ve formatted them as FAT32 format, i still can’t copy .mov files from my mac to WD’s. “unexpected error occured while copying files: error code:0” can u help me for solutiion

What’s the size of the movie? This only happens with one file type or any type of files.

Hi,

I got the problem no matter how small or big the file is, I tryied with .mov and .avi files and i have to fix it soon because I’m not have the same problem with other external hard drives
