Problem connecting to WDMyCloud on wireless connection. Ethernet connection fine. I was having this problem for a while now. Problem solved by setting “multiap isolation” as disabled on router under wifi settings. This setting creates virtual network for every device that connects via wifi and thus none of those devices will see your device. Hope this will help someone.
