Problem accessing My Cloud

Problem with my My Cloud storage device. I’m able to access my photos and files on my IPhone but am unable to access it on my computer. Also I have my wife set us as a user and she is not able to access the My Cloud. I chatted with the My Cloud tech support and they had me do the 40 second reset. I cannot access the dashboard and when I try to connect via my computer, when I open the My Cloud on the computer it shown the device that is found ion my network. I click on connect and the sign in window pops up. The box that is labeled Name is not active (grey). There is a triangle in the bottom right hand side of the box indicating a drop down. When I click in the box a drop down comes down but is empty and it does not allow me to enter Andy thing into that box. The password box is white and will allow me to type in my password. When I type in my password only and select sign in nothing happens. Please help!!! What am I doing wrong???
