Hello,I have setup 2 users with full access and no password to 4 private shares. There is a desktop and laptop on the network both have win 8.1. The problem is only access to 3 of the shares is available on the laptop through explorer and on the desktop only access is available to 2 of the shares through explorer. The other shares are asking for a username and password. Tried entering both usernames and still does not allow access. Using the WDcloud utilty works fine.
I have deleted and setup more shares with full access some you can access and some require the username.Public shares work every time.
Not sure why access is only available on some of the private shares.
