In the mean time, did you tried a different browser?

I tried Chrome and IE, but same for them. I used the support form right now and it worked (I tried that yesterday but it wasn’t working then).

Just got the replacement today! They received it 10/04/2016, shipped it out the next day. Works great, thanks. Also, because of the broken images, they sent me a free shipping label as well. Very fast!
