I have a mid 2014 MacBook Pro running OS 11.7.1 Big Sur. My MyCloud EX2Ultra is connected to my router. I used Time Machine to backup my computer successfully for months and then it stopped working in June. Finally troubleshooting it today. I’ve deleted/disconnected and reconnected the EX2 multiple times. When I initiate a backup via Time Machine, TM seems to make a connection but then displays ‘preparing backup’ for minutes to hours. Finally fails silently and returns to TM screen. I’ve looked through the KB and none of the links have helped. Looking for help. Thanks!
