PRB Replacement, need help please

Hi, My PRB card is gone (2060-701266-001 REV A) out of my WD2000BB. I would like to know if I can replace it with a PRB (2060-001292-000 REV A) if I change the BIOS chip? Physically, they both have the same physical pattern.

I have not tried this, lets see if another user can share some tips or information on this matter.

I installe di tlast night and the HD was doing a clicking noise. If nobody respond, I will try to swap the BIOS chip
