PR4100 upgraded to 5, unable to login locally

PR4100 upgraded to Cloud5, and then then local IP points to some remotewd.com with port 8543.
My question is Cloud access is disabled, then why it is automatically pointing to this URL ?
I have not created an account in WD cloud since I do not need it, then now I am unable to use the dashboard.

Now I am unable to login, please advise.
