Does anyone know why the icon is missing for my PR4100 on the mobile application?
Spent over an hour on chat today 04/08/20. Customer service said the WD app manager is at the end of life, he said I will have to use google syn for my PR4100.
I fixed the issue myself. Apparently if you change the device name after you have added the device, there could be a sync issue. Delete and re-download the app and you are good to go.
