PR4100 Doesn't Reboot, doesn't install, doesn't downgrade after last Firmware Update

For a while now I can’t upload manually a new version of Plex.
So I decided to remove it to install it again… Then I removed and discovered I couldn’t install a new app.
I trying rebooting, it warns a reboot but doesn’t actually reboot. I tried installing an older firmware, and it doesn’t uploads…
I tried turning on Log… but is asks to reboot and it is not rebooting.
I tried to manually shut down, but also did not work…

I don’t know what else to try.

Just because I had written this post… It rebooted and I was able to install Plex…
