Upgraded to OS5 and then did update 5.05.111 and it installed successfully. Then in the night, the server dropped off the network. Front panel LCD reads “Welcome to WD My Cloud 4100” so I assumed it was rebooting for some reason. Left it alone for several hours and nothing changed. Restarted with the power button for four seconds, but still on Welcome screen. Did a 40 second reset, still stuck on Welcome screen. Ethernet ports show no LED activity.
Started a WD support ticket but have not heard back. Just looking for possible recommendations. Thank you.
