Pr2100 usb backup buttom

The backup button on my PR2100 sticks when pushed in. If I press elsewhere on the facia it comes out eventually. It’s a new until - two weeks old. I’d rather not RMA a 16tb unit because of the button - but would ike to fix it - and ideas? If I was to rma would I get a refurbished unit?
