PR2100 - unable to access on a MacBook Pro

Hi all,

Just bought myself a PR2100. I am, however, having two issues:

  1. Although it recognises that there is one WD Red 3TB disk attached the dashboard does not appear to allow me to format it;

  2. I am unable to access content via the finder window (page 14 of the user manual).

Any advice would be welcomed.
