Is it really only possible to set the power schedule in 2 hours blocks as previous NAS devices have let me set it to the exact minute?

Also if it is not currently powered on in the schedule and I turn it on, when it is then scheduled to turn on it actually turns off. Can this be corrected as previous NAS devices have been intelligent enough to cope with this and stay on and then turn off ac the scheduled time?

Hi, the way that it is designed is only to select the power schedule in 2 hours blocks as you mentioned.

Well, if you think someone will care about clearly botched power scheduling, you have bought NAS from wrong company. You may actually try to submit request for fix to Network product ideas section, but IMHO it is a waste of effort - on this site, that is the place where ideas go to die.
