Hello!
My PR2100 unable to recognise any USB drive that attached to it via the USB port at the back. Because of this, I am not able to copy files from USB to NAS or press the quick backup button at the front.
Is anyone experience the same issue as me? Anyone managed to solve the issue?
Thank you in advance and hopefully someone can share solutions.
