A few days ago I had to upgrade my bandwidth through my provider to 1g down and 40 up. Which the provider tech swapped out the modem and router. I’ve had the router swapped out before but was always able to see the pr2100 afterwards. My pr2100 setup was working perfectly fine prior to this swap and now undetectable. I can’t ping it or find it on my network from any computer. I tried logging into my cloud site and no luck there either. I’m not finding any other answers elsewhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
