Hi all
I recently invested in a PoE switch that can deliver up to 125w of power. It’s currently using about 10w on a few small devices just fine.
However, in the interest of cleaning up morepower adapter, plugs, and cabling - I was wondering if it would be at all possible to power my PR4100 via PoE using a PoE splitter.
I understand it’s 19V, so I have enquired about a 19V PoE splitter that I am awaiting to hear back from - but would this work? Am I over simplifying it? What would the amperage of the PoE splitter need to be?
So many questions, but really want to know if I’m wasting my time.
