We have a Wd my cloud ex4 device whose Dashboard I am not able to see. Now suddenly I am getting a message saying power supply failure and also New firmware is available. I am unable to access the Dash Board. Anyone have solution to this issue and problem

I’m using hostname to open the My cloud EX4’s Dashboard. Since after
my 4 seconds reset the Ip changed from static to dynamic ip so I had to use
this.
