Power supply 1 on my EX4 has failed. Is there parts available?

Hi,

I don’t see that specific power adapter on the WD website. Please check with support to see if they have any information about it.

I’ll try opening a case with support to see if I can get a replacement.

The voltage has to be matched exactly, but the amperage does not, as long as the power supply can provide AT LEAST 2.64Amps. I hope this helps anyone looking for one in the future.

Mine just failed, so these specs are a godsend.
