Power-on hours of new WD40EFRX

Hello community,
the brand new hdd WD40EFRX I bought a few hours ago, allready has 134 Power-on hours and a Power-on count of 7, checked using CrystalDiskInfo.

Is there any kind of hdd stress test by WD before delivery which could explain these nurmbers, or is it more likely a used hdd?

If you have not received the product as expected then I would recommend you to contact to the place of purchase to get it replaced.
