Ho do you turn the My Cloud Home drive off? I can’t see anything in the apps and WD Drive Utilities doesn’t recognise the drive. Can I just unplug it or might that cause damage?
The Power Off (Shut Down) option is under Settings in the My Cloud Mobile app and Mycloud.com Web App.
WD Drive Utilities is for DAS (My Passport, My Book, Elements, etc…)
