Power Down Power Up

When I click the shut down link the unit shutsdown and sometimes just hangs in a loop as if is trying to shutdown but all the leds on the front are off as if the unit has shutdown.

When I try to power back up I must unplug the power plug from the unit and the replug the power plug and the unit powers back up.

I can’t imagine this is the proper way this unit is supposed to power down and up.

I installed the latest firmware and it made no difference to shutting down or powering back up.

Yes, just posted the same thing operated from the PowerSchedule.  System shuts down, but will never power back up w/o actually unplugging the device.
