Hi, I had all my photos, music and movies on my EX4100 and last week we had a power cut and now a good 90% of the information has gone. Is there a way to recover this or do i have to accept that it is gone? Thanks.
Have you rebooted your modem, router and then the EX4100 yet? See if it helps to do so.
Yes i have tried that. It still only shows 10% of the stuff on there.
I was hoping this would have fixed the problem. So contact WD by phone after today.
