before the maintenance of the Support section oif this website I had already issued this problem, but now with the new system I am unable to find my incident, so I will try to issue it again through this forum.
My power cable is broke and I had only bought my My Book Essentials last November.
I tried using a universal AC power cable, but the device is non-responsive.
The light just keeps blinking.
One of the support members had replied to my complaint and I was suppose to give my address, because WD was going to sent me a new power cable. But as I already mentioned, with the new support system I am unable to find my previous post.
