Knowledge Base Answer ID 197 refers to a Power Booster Cable supposedly available from the WD Online Store. I can find no such item in the store, indeed the search facility yields no results for ‘booster’ at all. Can anyone point me to (a) more information about this item and (b) a suitable source please?
