Power adaptor problem and drive not read by mac

whenever i plug in the power adaptor there is a sound from the drive but it sometimes not booting up. Is there a way that i can replace the power adaptor, I’m pretty sure that the adaptor is the problem?

where can i buy similar adaptor?
can i use a 3rd party?

Kindly advice me.

It is possible to use a 3rd Party one … but i dunno what drive you’ve got ?
