I have a Western Digital My Passport. I have movies saved on it. I can connect to my Samsung TV via a USB cable and it plays fine. I would like to connect it to another TV via a DVD/VCR player via RCA cables. Is there such a cable and will and will it work?

I really doubt such a cable exists, however you could try using a media player to connect the USB drive and watch your videos on the TV.
