can someone please tell me what ports to forward to enable remote backup to another EX4?
I called support and was simply told:
I followed the 9 step procedure for remote backup in the manual
I re-config’d the remote backup using that same procedure and still get:
“Remote Backup cannot proceed for an unknown reason”
ports 443, 80, 22, 873 are all open on the remote EX4 router.
Remote backup with both boxes inside the LAN works fine.
WD My Cloud Desktop application can access both EX4 boxes fine, while outside both LAN’s.
Please help before I smash this thing.
