Port Forwarding My Cloud Home 3TB

My Cloud Home - Personal Cloud Storage My Cloud Home

Hello,
Last week i bought My Cloud Home 3 TB.
I can see it as a network disk but when i try to use cloud services i cannot.
My router is ZTE H168N.
I think that ports from router blocks My Cloud for having cloud services.
Do you know which ports do i have to unblock in router?

Hello,

The My Cloud Home does not support configuring Port Forward on the device itself.
This must be done at the router. The port ranges for My Cloud Home are between 40000 - 49999.
