Hi there, sorry if this question has been asked before. I recently purchased a WD Elements Play 2TB and I'm very happy with it so far. I seem to be having a problem with poor sound from MKV's with stereo tracks. I am playing the audio through a Sony Receiver and MKV's with stereo tracks sound very muffled, and sounds like its has a really low bit rate. I have tried these MKV's on both my Mac and PC and it sounds fine. MKV's with Dolby 5.1 and DTS tracks are perfect but it seems to be an issue on MKV's with stereo tracks only. I am running the latest firmware too. Is there some reason for this? and is there any solution?
