Poor data transfer rate in to the hard disk

When I’m trying to copy data in to my hard disk it is coping in Kbps.

The diagnostic test also failed

It sounds like a problem with the drive. Contact WD about replacing it.

I can confirm I have the same problem as the OP. I am getting 19 hour estimated time to trasnfer just 200GB. So it’s not a problem with the device. It could be aproblem with USB 3.

I tried even by changing the data cable … No use. I’m still seeing same speed
