I purchased a WD TV Live HD Media Player 1 month ago. I have misplaced the remote control. Need to purchase a new remote. I have been running from pillar to post to get the right place to pick it up . I have called WD 1800 number, Distributers, Retailers, visited Nehru place as-well but am getting no headway on this.
WD has launched a product in India and as a customer I expect support in Spare parts and hardware to be available. Let me know where can I pick it up in New Delhi or NCR as without the remote the player cannot be used atall.
