Poor after sales service

Initially replaced my wd hd my book essential with a defective one and took one month. Seconde time on 08.09.2010 again despatched and till date except false commitment naothing happened. If the compnay’s after sales policy is like that then I will think twoice further purchase any new wd product in near future.
